Sourced from cooperatives in Cajamarca, northern Peru, where fertile Andean soil and cool mountain air produce gentle, medium-bodied beans. Grown at approximately 1,400 metres, this washed Arabica blend offers a smooth texture and subtle sweetness that suits all brewing styles.
