Our Premium Blend is made from 100 % Arabica beans, roasted in small batches for a smooth, full-bodied flavour with a clean, sweet finish. Each roast is balanced for versatility — rich enough for espresso, yet gentle for filter or French press brewing.

Sourced from family-run farms in Minas Gerais, Brazil, where red clay soil and steady altitude produce naturally sweet, low-acid beans. Harvested at around 1,200 metres, this blend of Bourbon and Mundo Novo varieties delivers consistent quality and round, chocolate-forward flavour.
